MTZ FAM Operation Solutions LLC – Hot Shot Service Cancellation Policy

At MTZ FAM Operation Solutions LLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to changes in your transportation needs. Our goal is to provide flexible and reliable hot shot services while also ensuring the efficient management of our resources. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Standard Cancellation:

  • 2 Hours or More Prior to Scheduled Pickup: Cancellations made two (2) hours or more before the confirmed scheduled pickup time will incur no cancellation fee.
  • Less Than 2 Hours Prior to Scheduled Pickup: Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the confirmed scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated total service cost. This covers the dispatch and preparation time already invested.

On-Site Cancellation / Driver Arrived:

  • If our driver has arrived at the pickup location and the service is then cancelled, or if the load is not ready/available for pickup, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the estimated total service cost will be charged. This compensates for the driver’s time, fuel, and the lost opportunity to serve another client.

  • MTZ FAM Operation Solutions LLC reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in extraordinary circumstances, such as severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe or other acts of God. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of MTZ FAM Operation Solutions LLC.
